Employment Support
Employment support helps beneficiaries enhance job skills, manage symptoms and increase productivity at work. Services provided include:

Each person receives guidance from a Rehabilitation Counsellor and, if needed, a Job Coach. Working as a team, they perform vocational assessments, determine individual strengths and jointly develop a structured plan for employment. Peer Supporters also help beneficiaries maintain their wellbeing at work.
*Employers and Community Partners who hire our beneficiaries also receive free consultations from our Employee Assistance Program Plus (EAP+).
